This piece is a reflection of nostalgia, capturing the essence of a cherished spot from my childhood home where I often sat, immersed in the view. The uneven steps symbolize the staircase leading to that memorable place, their irregularity echoing the haziness of distant recollections. Through the incorporation of flowers and green resin, I recreated the lushness of the garden that surrounded the garden. I use patina to give it a very rustic and vintage sensation of an old memory preserved and treasured.
